Artist Bio

After 20 years in her ceramic studio, 25 years as the Director of Arts Grants at the Cleveland Foundation, and with stops along the way in public broadcasting, craft fairs, arts nonprofits and fundraising, Kathleen is happily retired. She received the Robert Bergman Award from the Cleveland Arts Prize in recognition of her advocacy for the arts and her MFA in Creative Writing from the University of Southern Maine, both in 2014, and her first poetry collection, 'Coming to Terms' was published by Night Ballet Press in 2015. She currently teaches nonprofit management in the Conservatory at Baldwin Wallace University.
